Coffee and cavities?
Funny you mentioned that, i went last week to my dentist, he was doing a survey and asked me if i drank red wine or coffee, i don't drink wine but i do coffee, apparently it can cause cavities, but i was not there long enough to ask why.
Reply:Coffee will not, but if you take sugar, the sugar will.

Caffeine will stain your teeth.
Reply:It could, but drink it with out cream and sugar of course it will be better
Reply:Caffeine is a diuretic i.e. makes you pee more. If you dehydrate from too much caffeine or other causes e.g medicines, then your saliva will dry up. Saliva has a protective role in washing away bacteria and hardening teeth.
