About cavities...?

I keep getting cavities so I challenged my dentist to that I wont get any cavities next time and if I do, I have to write a one page report on cavities, how they are formed, what they feel like, how they fill them, and how to prevent them. Can anyone help me with this? Cuz I always get them and Im going to the dentist in a couple weeks.

Reply:Brush your teeth, after every meal, floss and use mouth wash.
Reply:Well, you'll have to do the usual brushing and flossing at least twice a day, cut back on sugary foods or any other foods that might cause cavities, and try some mouth wash, it'll kill leftover bacteria. Other than that, there's not much you can do.

ACT flouride mouthwash, my desntist will never stop telling me to use this, because i have problems with lots of cavities to. I know how you feel and it really sucks.
