Reply:Why do you have cavities and root canal work being done? - The bacteria in your mouth that settled in your tooth in a hard to reach place has waist. That waist is acidic and ate through your tooth enamal.

Why do you have acne? - Antibiotics are to help clear any potential infection, but they also kill all natural bacteria we depend upon in your digestive track to help breack down our foods. So, you become more susceptable to candida which can cause stomach upset.

However, around your mouth is where you are touching on a continnual basis. Your fingers are spreading the bacteria as you keep touching your chin in and around your mouth. Wash your face and stop touching your face as well.

Your body is a garden. You are what you eat, so help prevent cavities and acne and health issues in the future by taking care of yourself through good nutrition.

Good nutrition is proven to help the natural PH in your mouth to become less acidic and more alkalline. Bacteria hate an alkaline environment, but once you drink soda or eat junk food, it becomes acidic.

Nutralizing foods are whole foods, healthy foods etc.
