I understand your pain and fears. If you have cavities unfortunately you must care for them because if you do not then they will get larger and may cost you the tooth. There is no alternative but to see a dentist.

You need to really read this site. I could tell you but this site does a better job of explaining how to clean your teeth properly.

If you take care to really clean your teeth the way this site explains you will save your teeth. Another thing that they can do after they fill your cavities and get your teeth healthy is do a seal over them. They do this for my kids. This puts a barrier between foods and your teeth. Do avoid sticky sugary drinks especially soda pop. If you must drink soda diet root beer has less ingredients that damage teeth. Use a straw as it helps with the contact to the teeth.

I hope this helps.

Reply:Go to the dentist. Sodas and sweets are bad for your teeth. Continue brushing and flossing regularly, but make sure to see the dentist at least twice a year.
Reply:pull out all of your teeth and get a nice set of dentures
Reply:Try mousth wash and visit nondental places... there these not doctors who can fix stuff like that.. commonly found in some malls...
Reply:Gargle with any scotch Whiskey 3 times daily..
Reply:When you are brushing your teeth are you using toothpaste? When you are flossing are you using floss or a steel cable?

You say you have minimzed on sodas does that include when you are mixing them with liquor?

So you rarely eat anything sweet huh. Well what about that stash of jawbreakers under your bed?

Well maybe it's one big conspiracy against you since you are a anti-dentite.
Reply:Try using a different toothpaste a dentist reccomended one that is. But I think in your case a dental appointment is inevitable. The moves u have implemented r reqquired after the dentist has taken care of ur cavities. Once a cavity starts there is nothing u can do without a dentist.
Reply:You might not be doing an adequate job of brushing. How long does it take you to finish brushing your teeth? If it's a minute or less, you're not doing it correctly.

You should ideally be flossing every day, and after brushing and flossing, mouthwash like Scope is a good idea.

If you have cavities, I don't think there's much you can do but go to the dentist.
Reply:brush ur teeth
Reply:listerine is good
Reply:Found out that using a toothpaste for cavity protection helped...also was told that my bad habit of drinking milk before bedtime was the problem...
Reply:after brushing and all that stuff try using a topical flouride like gel kam or fluoricare gel or tooth moose and see your dentist also.. try brushing your teeth after you eat.. fastest way to get decay is within 20 mins of eating something..so brush within this mins..

watch what u eat also

good luck
