no they wont go away....get fillings as soon as possible to prevent those cavities from getting bigger. if you are worried bout looks....get a composit restoration (tooth colored filling) instead of the amalgam....
Reply:Fillings!
Reply:The only way to ghet rid of cavities is one of two ways pull it or drill it.just because they dont hurt now means the root is not inflamed by the infection yet. treat it now the right way while its small otherwise sometime down the road it'll be big and you'll have to gum your food instead of chew it.depending on the severity of the cavities they may not be too deep, the only way to know for sure is go to the dentists. some dentists cater to chickens of whom I am chief and I am 46 dont wait that long.it'll be worse if you do,I have a real high gag reflex and I pissed off a few dentists who thought I was tryin to bite them,so I found an oral surgeon who sedates me,putting me to sleep and when they wake me up its al done, and I personally only remain half groggy for a couple days as I dont metabolize the sedative as fast as others, and I dont have to hear they drill or worry about gagging myself sick
Reply:Get your cavities filled. They will not go away, and the longer you wait, the bigger the problems later. Many do not like the dentist but maintenance along the way will save you a lot of pain and money in the future. Sometimes small ones don't need to be filled right away, so just follow your dentist's recommendations. Whatever you do, don't stop going just because you don't like what you hear.
Reply:They are not hurting currently because the damage has not progressed into the root of the tooth; but it will.

Second chances are not possible with teeth and cavities.

You will need to have fillings put into the teeth that have the cavities, or you will have to have the teeth pulled.

You need to be brushing your teeth several times per day and flossing morning and night for the health of your teeth and gums.

Go to the dentist and get your cavities taken care of before you end up with more damage and problems. You do not want to be having a root canal or gum repair surgery due to negligence.

Good luck.
Reply:just go to your dentist and have it filled. i was really scared to get a filling on my tooth because everyone says how terrible it is but it was easy. i was waiting for the pain to start then they said it was all finished.
Reply:A cavity is caused by a decay in your tooth enamel and then the dentin and that can happen for many reasons and is not reversable. You can slow the decay with dental washes and cleansings, but you can not repair the damage. A dentist will fill them and the sooner the better. Get there quickly, and good luck.
Reply:I'm sorry to say but your going to have to go to the dentist...filling are not bad at all and they even have ones that are whitish gray and you can hardly tell you have them...If you wait and don't get them filled you can end up in extreme pain...ask me i had a molar removed because i didn't know i had a cavity and i had to not only get a root canal but the tooth removed...the best you can do is get your cavities filled and continue to use the act mouthwash since it can help prevent cavities in the future...goodluck i hope everything works out well :)
Reply:The teeth will continue to decay if you do not take care of them now. It is always smart to have the cavity taken care of when it is small so you can just have a simple filling done. If the decay gets larger then you will run the risk of having to have a root canal done because the decay will go into the nerve of the tooth which will cause an infection. The only way to get rid of the infection will be to have a root canal or have the tooth extracted. Go ahead and have the cavities taken care of now before they get bigger!
