How vulnerable to Cavities?

I'm just curious what some people think how vulnerable I am to cavities, I will sure my routine and what I do on a daily basis.

I eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, afterwards I drink water and swish around, I Wait 15 minutes before Brushing my Teeth to let the Acid in the mouth become stable.

4 hours later comes Lunch, I eat lunch and make sure I don't eat anything that cakes onto the teeth, I tend to stay away from sugar. When I'm done with lunch, I rinse out my mouth, clean any food in my teeth, brush my tongue.

5 hours later is supper, I eat supper, get done and once again drink water, swish it around, and rinse out mouth several times.

Last meal is a Bowl of cereal, before I eat cereal , I eat some Candy for about 5 minutes, they are Gummi Worms so they don't stick to the teeth what so ever. I eat cereal after the candy to conteract with the Acid that was produced from eating Candy. Once I'm done with the cereal, I swish my mouth with Salt/Baking soda water.

How vulnerable to Cavities?
Maybe you could brush your teeth instead of swishing water.

And my answer is...no.
